Mr. Mahboob Gaddi – Founder

Mahboob Gaddi is proud law graduate from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and an aspiring Company Secretary, Mahboob Gaddi secured All India Rank 9 (AIR-9) in the CS Executive exam. He brings 3+ years of deep experience in legal, regulatory, and secretarial compliance, working closely with professionals and startups.

He believes in making legal education accessible, ethical, and practical for India’s next generation of lawyers and company secretaries.

Mr. Farman Ahmad – Co-Founder

Farman Ahmad is an aspiring Company Secretary, Law Professional and an enthusiastic legal content creator. He has about two years of practical experience in handling Corporate and Compliance matters. His strength lies in breaking down legal complexities into digestible and understandable pieces.

He is passionate about bridging the gap between legal theory and practical application and committed to making the legal interpretation more logical, clear, and accessible through simplified, insightful content.
